This Group has now been running for several years and is, therefore, not a beginner’s group. In each lesson, we try to do a listening exercise to help with comprehension, we may read an article from BBC Mundo or a chapter of the book we are studying and we identify a topic for discussion to allow each of us to converse in Spanish and gain confidence. Our native speaker and mentor, Pitty, encourages us every step of the way!

We are a friendly and sociable group and at the end of the summer term and at Christmas, we have a group outing to the local wine bar to sample some Spanish wine!
