Membership renewals should have been completed by 31st August.  However, if you are still wishing to renew, we have arranged a Grace Period until 28th September. After that your membership will be lapsed with no access to our Groups or Monthly Meeting.

Simplified Membership Renewal

Good news! Beacon have simplified their payment system making renewing your membership much much easier.

This is now up and running 😊😊.

Associated membership with other u3as

We welcome full current members of other u3as to join as Associate Members of Hartley Wintney u3a if they wish. All who wish to participate in HW u3a group activities and/or attend our Monthly Meetings must be either a full individual member or an Associate Member at Hartley Wintney.  Associate membership costs £16.

Contacts

  • The Committee and the main Support Services Roles are listed on the Committee & Support Services page. You can click on the role's name (blue & underlined) to send an email directly from this website.
  • Every Group names its Leader on the Group's page and you can click on the Leader's name (blue & underlined) to send an email directly from this website.

Publicity Team

The Publicity Team is not a Group (it is part of Support Services). The team is responsible for all advertising and running events such as the Village Festival stand and the gazebo in the High Street [last August]. It also produces the write-ups of each Speaker Meeting for the website.

There are only four in the team, and they could do with some extra help. If you can help, please contact Madeleine Kudlac or Peter Johnson
